Can I put 2-3 vertical or square photos on the same side of a bag?

Yes. Please be specific your instructions when ordering your bag.

Can I add the same image to the backside of my photo accessory? Can I put a different image of each side of the bag?

Yes. There is an additional $20 fee to your order to design your product with 2 sides.

Can I submit any photograph?

You may submit any photograph as long at it is your own personal property or you have obtained the right or permission to reproduce the photograph. By ordering a bag from JSP, you confirm that you own the rights to the photograph(s) or have obtained relevant permission(s) to use the photograph(s) prior to submitting an order. JSP will not be held responsible for any discrepancies, which involve the license holder and the customer who submits the photograph.

Can my image be changed from Color to Sepia or Black and White?

Yes. Please specify so when submitting your order.

Can JSP enhance the image that I provide?

JSP can fix some simple problems with images such as red eye, dust from scans, etc. Major retouching is done on an as-requested basis. If you would like us to make changes to your image, simply include your request or instructions in the shipping information comments field. Orders that do not include specific requests will not be enhanced.

How do I keep my JSP Custom Photo Bag clean?

For regular cleaning maintenance, go over your photo bags with a lint brush. You should apply Scotchguard or a similar product that will repel moisture and water when you first receive the bag. For further cleaning, please use a damp soft towel with warm soapy water to remove dirt from the bag.

How is the image cropped and sized?

JSP will crop and size your photograph to fit the construction of the bag. As a result, the image that will be on your bag may be slightly different in size and shape from the original image that was submitted.

What type of photo file do I need to send?

All images should be at least 4x6 in size. If you have a digital image, please upload the photo as a .jpg file. Make sure the photo was saved with at least 1024 x 768 pixels or greater. The file size should be a minimum of 200KB and a maximum of 2MB. A minimum 2 Megapixel digital camera is required.

If you would prefer to send your photo by mail, your photo(s) will be returned to you; however, we cannot be responsible for photos that are damaged or lost. The photo that you send in via the mail must be an actual photo, not a photocopy or print. Only scans from traditional photo paper are acceptable. Do not send scans reproduced from laser, inkjet or bubble jet printer/copiers. Scan all prints at 300 DPI and save as a .jpg file type.

What kinds of photos work best?

A great bag depends on a great photo (or 2). You should use images that are in focus / not blurry. You should be in love with your child's expression, of course. And finally, the image should not be taken or cropped too closely-meaning if there is little room available above the child's/children's heads or chins, this might get cropped off by the stitching of the bag. The bags require a lot of spacing around the subject's face/faces because the edges get sewn into the seam and invariably some extra cropping will occur.
